Returns & Exchanges

We want every piece to feel right. If something doesn’t, we’ll happily arrange an exchange or boutique credit. Please read the brief notes below.

Timeframe

You may return or exchange unworn pieces within 7 days of receipt. Pieces must be in original condition, with all tags attached.

Sale & reserved pieces

Pieces marked Sale or reserved on WhatsApp are eligible for exchange or boutique credit only.

Final sale

For hygiene reasons, jewellery, swimwear, and intimates are final sale.

How to start a return

  1. Message us on WhatsApp or write to info@ecailleco.com with your order details.
  2. We will confirm the return method — pickup in Beirut, or by courier.
  3. Once we receive the piece in original condition, we’ll arrange an exchange, boutique credit, or refund.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for refunds to appear on your statement.

In-store

Pieces purchased in store may be returned in person at the boutique in Saifi Village. We’re happy to suggest alternatives over a coffee.
